The wonderful garden with the large breakfast conservatory
Blackwaterfoot Lodge was built in 1899 as a Temperance Hotel by the Arran Bannatyne Family. It retains much of Victorian character in its large rooms and high ceilings. The Residents' Lounge provides a comfortable retreat with an open fire when the weather warrants it. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished, most have en-suite bathrooms; all have colour TV and tea/coffee making kit. Real ale and a good selection of single malt whiskies available in the bar.
